Any solar savings estimates, tax credit calculations, or financial projections provided on the Site are for informational purposes only. Actual savings will vary based on your location, roof type, shading, utility rates, and other factors. We do not guarantee any specific savings amount.
Important Legal Right
You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof or the use of the Site (collectively, "Disputes") will be settled by binding arbitration, except that each party retains the right to bring an individual action in small claims court.
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site.
